Privacy and your choices

Web chat saving is off by default. If you choose to save, the device keeps your conversation for seven days and the creator can review a server copy for up to 90 days. Turning saving off clears the device copy and requests deletion of that fan identity's server conversation. Start over clears the visible device conversation. Possible-minor messages are not retained by the application.

Creators maintain knowledge-base.md and optional tone.md. Studio members can edit the files and review their history. The files remain in the creator studio and are used by the server to answer fan questions. Fans can see chatbot answers, but cannot browse or download the source files. Version history remains private.

When configured, OpenAI receives the current question and both creator files to generate an answer; optional semantic search sends bounded knowledge sections and a question for embeddings. The application requests no stored generated response, does not retain query vectors, and does not log those contents. Provider data policies also apply. When a model is unavailable, the assistant uses bounded creator-backed answers.

Share pages store only the AI answer and its creator source references. They are accessible to anyone with the random link, marked noindex, and withdrawn when the source revision changes. Personal disclosures prevent automatic sharing. Analytics use controlled fields and topics, never fan text, contact details or raw Instagram identifiers.

Connected Instagram accounts send signed notifications to process incoming DMs and comment triggers. Access tokens are encrypted. Message contents and queue records are removed after 90 days by the scheduled worker. Disconnecting stops queued replies and removes the connection; signed provider deletion requests also remove retained Instagram conversations.

Owners can export or delete studio data in Settings. Studio deletion includes files, histories, messages, answers and financial records. The sign-in account remains available for other studios. Magic links expire after five minutes; sign-out revokes the session. Email delivery and live Instagram access occur only when their providers are configured.

Fictional demos are clearly labelled. This implementation notice requires operator contact details and legal review before public launch.
